Birmingham IA launches Halesowen meetings.

Before lockdown, Birmingham IA members met a couple of times a year at the Toby Carvery in Quinton, but inevitably with Covid, some of our social meetings disappeared. We realised that we hadn't seen some of our members on that side of the city for a while, so organised a pop-up event in Halesowen Library.

To our delight, twenty members joined us for coffee in what turned out to be a great venue. We were well provided with coffee and tea, and one of our members kept us supplied with delicious cakes and biscuits. There was lots of chat and banter, and the ostomy bag covers made for us by a Birmingham school were launched. We'll definitely be holding another meeting  at Haleowen Library in the future.
